Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery Trailer

Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) is on the trail of another killer in the Knives Out sequel teaser. This time, the intrepid detective is in Greece, where a bunch of colorful guests are trapped on an island and forced to play a deadly game.

Director Rian Johnson seems to be enjoying his post-Star Wars success. While I still maintain he directed the strongest film in the new trilogy, it’s nice to see him get a little love from the internet with this sublimely fun murder mystery franchise. His talent for turning a narrative on its head, and assembling enviable casts to help him do it, seems to only grow from here.

The new mystery may be a bit obscure, but the new trailer shows off what everyone loved about Knives Out, namely a winningly goofy performance from Craig and a cast of hilarious characters to scrutinize as Benoit tries to find the culprit.
